Level 2 course helps to become a competent sailor in light winds, improving sailing techniques and maneuvers. You will also be introduced to sailing a double handed boat.

About the Activity
Required experience: None
Minimum duration: a minimum of 12 hours split over 4-6 days
Minimum age: 16 years old
Content: Rig & launch the dinghy. sail a trianglar course, pick up a mooring/MOB, come along side and return safely to shore.
Certificate issuing criteria: Continuous, showing an awareness of the 5 essentials and able to sail with no instructions.
Swiming skills: not required, however the student should be confident in open water.Â

>>The day you will select is your starting date and the course will be the same time each Saturday for 4 consecutive Saturdays. This is weather dependent sport; therefore, sessions may be postponed if the weather doesn’t allow. The instructor will always be in touch with you to inform you of any changes.
