Adults Beginners Sailing Course (Level 1)
This course provides a short introduction to sailing for novices. By the end of the course, you will have a basic understanding of dinghy-handling techniques and background knowledge. You may be sailing single-handed with an instructor onboard or the instructor close to you in a safety boat.

About the Activity
Prerequisite experience – None
Age – Generally 16+. We will assess younger individuals based on confidence, attention and accepting instruction, ability on/around water.
Duration - 12 hours split over 4 days
- Day 1: 13th November
- Day 2: 20th November
- Day 3: 27th November
- Day 4: 4th December
Most of this 12 hours course is spent on the water sailing but there are also some theoretical aspects of the course that will be taught ashore.
