  •  Your day pass must be booked a minimum the day before your visit via our website.

  • We will contact you and the payment must be done before coming to the resort. 

Cancellation Policy

  • There is no refund due to illness, family emergency, or any other reason on the Paddle Pass. However, we will gladly transfer the ticket to another day of your choice within a 30-days’ time limit. After 30 days you will not be able to use the same ticket.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be applied to another date or activity.
